Bridges was developed after journeying to the source of the Hunter River in NSW. Along the upper reaches of the river are several old wooden bridges, greatly weathered over time. Two of these were used as reference. The six images refer to various stages along the length of the river, and its history of flooding.
Six monotypes printed on Amalfi hand made paper were made at the studios of Scuola Internazionale di Grafica, Venice in 2010 as part of a two week residency.
